I had the absolute pleasure of working with Multiply Labs - a medical startup that produces customized pharmaceuticals. My main project at the company was facilitating the transition from manual production of pills to autonomous production. My personal impact can be seen in the video above - I performed heavy design work on the robots on the left (capable of filling pill capsules) and on the robotic arm interface that facilitates the transport of biological microtrays around the lab. I hold patents for mechanisms including elastic tolerance exploitations to allow for very fine tolerances as well as soft robotic elements to allow for more precise handling of the medications.
