Interfraternity Council: Improving the Greek Community
I served as the president of MIT’s Interfraternity Council for the 2019 calendar year. MIT has a very unique Greek system, with over 1000 members in fraternities alone and a large push to become the most progressive and forward system in the country. I was proud to take on this role, exploring ways we could improve the culture surrounding MIT fraternities to make them as welcoming, inclusive, and safe as possible.
Amphibious Achievement: Inspiring Others
Amphibious Achievement is a dual athletic and academic mentorship program for Boston high school students. I served as the Director of Achiever Relations, meaning I was responsible for managing student and mentor recruitment and for ensuring all sixty students in our program have the best possible experience every week.
MIT Makerlodge: Teaching Machining
MIT Makerlodge is a program dedicated to teaching hands-on building skills to MIT students. I am the head of router training. My responsibilities include maintaining the three shop routers and developing and leading training sessions on them. Pictured is one of my training demo parts - a 3D scan of my face that I cut out on the router.
